MACHINIST / CHARLESTON, SC
This position operates machine tools to fabricate and manufacture machine parts, with the ability to machine inside and outside threads regularly, and able to machine new part per samples.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Reads and interprets schematics to ensure proper dimensions and specifications for parts.
• Operates fabrication machinery to machine parts used for customer need and/or hydraulic component repair.
• Selects the appropriate cutting tools, attachments, and materials to be used on machines.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of work area.
• Maintains machinery (lathes, milling machine, etc.) for any needed repairs.
• Complies with applicable safety standards and regulations.
• Assists as needed with cylinder repairs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required:
• Ability to read schematics and plans.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Ability to operate various types of machine tools.
• Ability to weld.
• Excellent mechanical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Physical Requirement:
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Education and Experience Required:
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational/technical school training strongly preferred.

INSIDE SALES - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / CHESTERFIELD, VA
This position provides customer service and support with distribution of Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electrical and Instrumentation Industrial components by order entry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information on products, services and order status.
• Handle requests for price quotes, credit applications, purchase orders, order adjustments and order cancellations.
• Place timely orders with vendors by computer, phone, email or fax.
• Remain current with discount structure and AFP products.
• Maintain current customer accounts, build relationships.
• Work closely with inside sales and sales reps in team environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required:
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industrial automation preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
Physical Requirement:
