Sales & Refund Policy

Sales

• All damages or discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of invoice date.

• Quoted prices, open orders & pending inventory may change due to price increases or tariff charges.

• Prepaid shipments are FOB destination (Insured).

• Collect shipments are FOB point of shipment (Uninsured).

• Credit Card payments are subject to 3% convenience fee.

Returns

• All claims must be submitted within 60 days of shipment and material must be unused, like-new and in the original factory packaging.

• There is a $25 order minimum return policy unless it is a return due to an AFP Industries’ error.

• The customer will receive an AFP Industries Return Authorization number and Return Authorization Form to be used as a packing slip.

• No returns accepted without prior written authorization.

• Returns are only valid for 30 days.

Shipping

• Freight will not be refunded unless it is an AFP Industries error.

• Returns sent to AFP Industries which must then be sent to the manufacturer, will also incur freight charges that will be deducted from the credit.

• Any return shipments made back to AFP Industries or manufacturer must be Prepaid.

Refunds

• Minimum restocking fee of 25% will apply to all standard parts.

• Special or non-standard parts are NON-RETURNABLE & NON-CANCELLABLE.

• If the return is being shipped back to AFP Industries, credit will be issued once the part is received and inspected.

• If the return is being shipped back to the manufacturer, credit will be issued once AFP Industries receives factory credit.
